There are no holds without payment, messaging us showing interest, or stating your intention to buy, does not hold your "spot".The first person to send payment is the actual buyer.
We ship Monday-Thursdays and weather must be appropriate to do so.
Reptiles will be priority overnighted to either the buyer's address of choice or a FedEx hub for pick up, depending on the weather.
You must report dead on arrival immediately upon pick up or delivery to guarantee a full refund, and the snake will have to be returned to us, we will provide the shipping label.
5% service and handlers fee will be charged do to processing fees incurred.
Avoid fees by using venmo and Zelle.
30-day payment plans are available for purchases of at least $200, before shipping, or 60-day payment plans* for purchases of at least $500, before shipping. We require a non-refundable down payment of 15%. If you need more than the allotted time, that must be discussed in advance and additional charges will apply for the care of the reptile, such as a $5 a week maintenance fee.
If you fail to complete your payment plan by the end date and fail to notify me that you need an extension (extensions must be requested at least a week before the end of the payment plan), the downpayment along with any additional payments made will be forfeited and the reptile will become available again.
If you start a payment plan and can not continue for any reason you MUST notify us IMMEDIATELY. Your payments will be refunded, minus your down payment, and the snake will be listed as available again, but you MUST message us and let us know. You can NOT stop paying and expect a refund without reaching out first.
* 60-day payment plans: We require one payment a month, not including the down payment. If no contact has been made after 40 days the contract will be null and voided, payments will be forfeited and the reptile will become available again.
